Whatever happened to the Novak assault charge

Back during the primaries Novak assaulted someone that kept calling him a traitor during a Crossfire taping. There was supposed to be charges filed. Anyone know what happened with that?

3. Well there is still the civil side

IIRC a DUer was present and they were pretty adamant about filing charges as well as pressing the civil suit.
