2. You know what..
don't fret luv--all the more ammo Tim Russert (I hope) will use again later when Dickie comes a calling or Bill Maher or Jon Stewart et al. They're really good for laughs and it shows what stupid, lying f*#ks DIckie, Powell, Chimpie et al really are. I'm sure the French and Germans are getting a kick out of it right now.

13. Did you see at the supermarket counter the World News.. whatever tabloid
Where they had a picture on the cover showing Cheney with his chest open saying he is a robot? I saw it yesterday afternoon and could not stop laughing. It reminded me of the time they had the woman with the three breasts who was supposedly dating Clinton.

"We're working hard to fight the war on terrorism, and the President is very proud of the hard work the troops are doing in Iraq".

8. People know a "commercial" when they see one.
This guy is talking the same thing, over and over,...making it obvious he is just trying to sell, sell, sell.

What makes my eyes pop out is that,...he is not deviating from the same line,...and that, apparently, he actually believes the American public can't or won't see what he is doing.

I guess that, I simply have far, far more confidence in the American people than does this manipulative, greedy, evil creep!!! Hell, even my freeper step-father is studying the bill of cheap goods sold by this neocon lot of whackos.

ASHINGTON - Saddam Hussein (news - web sites) had "numerous contacts" with al-Qaida, President Bush (news - web sites) said Thursday in disputing the Sept. 11 commission's finding that the former Iraqi leader had no strong ties to the terrorist network responsible for the attacks.

"The reason I keep insisting that there was a relationship between Iraq (news - web sites) and Saddam and al-Qaida is because there was a relationship between Iraq and al-Qaida," Bush said after meeting with his Cabinet at the White House.

11. The good news is that no one watches CNBC--
their ratings suck, esp. in the hours after the market closes-they begin sinking like a rock.

Edited on Thu Jun-17-04 09:00 PM by donhakman
The 1st words about the commission at 5 AM were "NO matter what the commission says WE still believe Iraq was linked with Al Qaeda."

The memo must have gone out last night.

18. it's the only defense they have left - to lie and lie again
Now that the 9/11 commission has come out and said there was no connection between Hussein and Al Queda (and therefore Sept. 11th,
BushCo is now open to charges of violating the IWR - which means the invasion was illegal. Not just by international law - by US law...

This makes Bush a war criminal, and subject to prosecution.

Please?

Pretty please?

Consistent with section 3(b) of the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 (Public Law 107-243), and based on information available to me, including that in the enclosed document, I determine that:

(1) reliance by the United States on further diplomatic and other peaceful means alone will neither (A) adequately protect the national security of the United States against the continuing threat posed by Iraq nor (B) likely lead to enforcement of all relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions regarding Iraq; and

(2) acting pursuant to the Constitution and Public Law 107-243 is consistent with the United States and other countries continuing to take the necessary actions against international terrorists and terrorist organizations, including those nations, organizations, or persons who planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001.

Sincerely,

GEORGE W. BUSH
