Real Electrodes. Not "simulated."
I updated an article I wrote titled, "Real Torture, Real Sex, Real Electrodes at US Prisons in Iraq" at my blog.

http://www.moveleft.com/moveleft_essay_2004_05_30_real_torture_real_sex_real_electrodes.asp

Please don't say the prisoners were forced to "simulate sex." They were forced to have homosexual sex with each other.

Please don't say the prisoners had "simulated electrodes" attached to their bodies. The prisoners were burned with real electrodes.

2. Someone who said, "I believe in torture"
Someone who said, "I believe in torture" wouldn't be content with forcing prisoners to simulate sex with each other.

quite a silly performance. I kept forgetting the voice I was using, it kept lapsing into my 40s propaganda film narrator voice.

According to press reports, military doctors and nurses who examined prisoners at Abu Ghraib treated swollen genitals, prescribed painkillers, stitched wounds, and recorded evidence of the abuses going on around them. Under international law — as well as the standards of common decency — these medical professionals had a duty to tell those in power what they saw
