2. Accenture used to be Anderson Consulting

their "projects" never got into development because they were busy writing manuals on "HOW TO". For instance, "HOW TO DEVELOP A BUSINESS PLAN" would instruct you to go to a manual titled 'HOW TO DO A REQUISITION' which would tell you to go to another manual titled 'WHAT IS A REQUISITION'. You get my drift.

on edit - they really never had to compete - they always had an "in" IT was never really involved in evaluating their plan - kind of like Halliburton

3. Why is our Congress giving away our country.....
I know the rethugs want to have no money left for anything that is socialism......no payments to anyone .....no social security...they are trying to make sure the majority of people have nothing.....

I guess to control and pander.....and get everyone to sign up for the armed forces because they have no other employment...
