2. Don't know about the news dump.

But what's up with the TPM? I've been off-line for a couple of days.

3. Well, we've had two big stories today so far

beheading of Paul Johnson and the alleged killing of the beheader. Now, my guess is sometime this weekend news will break concerning one of the on-going scandals in the * administration - which will be buried by the beheading story.

I would have to say it will be something big! The bush apologists seem to be out in force in the media and elsewhere.

6. hidden in the back page: Alberto Gonzales questioned by Grand Jury

in the Plame case.

I also like the way they buried Rummy's change of established procedure (June 2001) for intercepting wayward jets which screwed up our response on 9/11. Oh that was still Clinton's fault somehow I guess.

i think Shrub co put it out on a Friday to run her her up the old flag pole and see how she flies. I think it's safe to say that this story has met with much skepticism so i don't think it'll be around that long, not including the right wing radio morans. The Paul Johnson story just happened to take place on a Friday.
