I will state for the record that all of my "personal confrontations" seemed to have involved a certain long-time poster who apparently didn't like being asked any questions. Oh well, live and learn.

If you'll carefully re-read my original post, I think that you'll have to agree that I NEVER accused anyone on this message board of being a "disruptor, troll, conservative, Republican or Freeper". I know the DU board rules as well as you do.

If you can point out a reference to any specific DU boardnames in my original post, I would be greatly amazed. In fact, I would recommend that you immediately get your own television show similar to "Crossing Over", hosted by John Edwards.

Personally, I think that you're beginning to be more than a little hostile toward me and my posts...should I report you for a violation of the DU rules concerning civility to your fellow posters? I can tell you for a fact that I won't do that...I consider it to be similar to "tattling" in kindergarten.

Having not perused many of the Reagan threads, I can only guess that you're talking about kentuck, who has been here longer than I have and for whose lib credentials I'll gladly vouch any day. Even if he's not who you're talking about, I still find it complete chickenshit to imply things about posters you won't name.

So, out with it. If you're going cluck and strut about how certain DUers behave, then name names and allow your quarry to respond.

The only reason I see for this thread is to out some
members of DU. There is not just one way to call
someone a disruptor. One could be direct and say
"you are a freeper" or one can try an end around to
get his/her point across. Either way, it is a rule
violation.

If a member feels that another member is a disruptor,
the correct action to take is to use the alert feature.
The moderators and Administrators will then evaluate
the case to see if it has any merit.
