Speaking out against fascism in this country, can they arrest you?

U.S. CONCENTRATION CAMPS--FEMA AND THE REX 84 PROGRAM

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/pages/camps.html

"We just don’t care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it’s too late to turn back to the days of blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way we wish?"

A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his discoveries of camps located in southern California. His findings are as follows:

Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and wanted to see them for ourselves.

The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road. There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?

We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?

This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it’s occupants?

There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.

The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.

I see now. Google the name of the facility, and you will find a great deal, but nothing at snopes.

5. They are the kind with a lot of pop-ups
and other advertising. They post wacky stories and conspiracy theories to get eyeballs for the ads.

It is the Democratic equivalent of the right-wing, black helicopter, UN-taking-over-the-world, survivalist lunacy.

16. I don't know about the link in that post but
the word has been out for awhile about such facilities all over the place...all over the world (under our control) for that matter.

Some people worry that a "sweep" of people considered "enemies of the state", not just terra ists could be sent to such places for "indefinate" interrogation. (disappeared)

You've heard of the "Phoenix Project" of the Viet Nam era...well, it's something like that.

My understanding is that, in a perfect world, these types of places would be for detaining real threats (POW's etc. like German's in WWII) to our country..........but this isn't a perfect world and the definition of who an "enemy" is can get a wee bit murky under this administration......if ya get my drift. Are they expecting a huge uprising?? Are they expecting MORE crime in the streets? It's just plain creepy.

Look, there are enough REAL abuses going on... we don't need to make shit up and destroy our credibility.

So cut it out. Seriously. Don't make me come over there.

9. Dead on
I mean we have an election in 5 months or so? Let's get President Bush out of office and back in crawford (or the pen), and then we'll see what's what.

Frankly if all these conspiracy stories are true, we don't have much hope anyway.

8. Just go to google and type in Rex 84 program.
Edited on Sun Jun-20-04 06:29 PM by Rex
You won't find this information on any main stream website. If it exists then it is well hidden in bureaucratic layers of FEMA. Searching for it on their website (neither does the term "martial law") net you nothing.

EDIT - LOL! I just went back to refine my search and got this:

"FEMA SEARCH ERROR!
The FEMA search engine returned the following message:

ERROR: shs_QueryEval: Mod <1> : Error <40> : No indexed terms

The search engine may be busy or momentarily down. Please retry your query in a few minutes. If the problem presists, please send a message to webmaster@fema.gov regarding problems with this service.

You may also browse the Master Index to search the site."

Whoops! What are the odds?

11. Maybe I don't understand the Patriot Act, but I

thought it permits the government to arrest anybody, anywhere, at any time, for anything or nothing, and keep them as long as they want, without telling anyone where they are, without right to counsel, so long as the government says the arrest had something to do with national security or terrorism.

Maybe I misunderstood something, but I do know that the right equates national security with their own hold on power. I believe these camps were planned and started many years ago, but they can't really move forward on them except during puke administrations. I'll bet the same companies that got the no-bid contracts in Iraq are the ones with the contracts for the camps here at home.

12. what if this is true?
Who are they considering locking up exactly? How about all of those in our society they'd like to be rid of:

1. protesters
2. activists
3. senior citizens (screw you and you social security; the BFEE wants all of it.
4. the disabled (same as above if applicable)
5. those who aren't born again Christians
6. doctor's that perform abortions and women identified as having had an abortion
7. people arrested in the past for drug convictions
8. any other "undesirable" person
9. all Muslims
10. the list goes on and on ...

Can you say the words "concentration camp"?

I have a serious reason to suspect that all of this is true. It is very frightening indeed, but what if this is true? The ramifications are horrifying.

19. I live near one of these places in L.A.
Near the "third" site.
Yes there is a chainlink fence with razor wire on top(!) around the side of the water plant that I could see. Thing is it makes total sense since a large portion of the SFV's (north of LA) drinking water is stored/treated in the reservior there, and it needs to be protected.

18. I hope this is bullshit but...
Remember way, way back to the days of the Iran-Contra scandal. Our pals Ollie North and John Poindexter were reported to be knee deep in a FEMA scheme to develop exactly this scenario???

My tinfoil hat is starting to glow!!!
