This is stunning, given the percentage of blacks in the total population, and the percent of blacks that actually vote.

Conclusion: We do not have a democracy, or even an honest republic. What we have is an illegitimate government that is out of control.

What we have, folks, is fascism. This coming election will be the last breath of hope for democracy. Bev Harris is organizing volunteers to watch the polls for discrepancies, and it is important to register new voters and to educate voters with regard to BBV and the need to request a paper ballot. People who are likely to indicted for war crimes if they lose the election aren't likely to play fair, so I wouldn't be surprised if all registered Democrats, Greens, and Independents are rounded up and put in prison camps before the elections, or martial law is declared and the elections cancelled. And it will all be Nader's fault.
