Tired of Terrorism
I don't want to be in the middle of someone else's war. This Al Qaeda thing isn't about America as such, it's about American policies.

The people who died in the World Trade Center didn't want to be heroes either. They weren't informed of the danger they were in, even though the government knew an attack was coming.

I'm tired of it. I don't know who Al Qaeda is or what they want. In all likelihood, their gripe has nothing to do with me. I don't want to live with the threat of an attack. If you want to be a hero, don't drag me into it. Fight it out someplace else.

1. They want the Americans out of Saudi Arabia,
which they claim as sacred. They now are agitating for Jews out of Palestine.

If we had been an honest broker in the region, we would not be in this situation, IMO.

3. I don't know about that
In the Israel-Palestine situation, it seems clear that Al-Qaeda and other extremists would not be satisfied with a fair brokerage; but more a definately pro-Palestinian stance.

In Saudi Arabia, on the other hand, maybe we should pull out. I don't think we've recieved an official request to pull out (but I could be wrong), but i'm not sure the Saudi Royals represent the people of Saudi Arabia any better than al-Qaeda does.

6. Fair brokerage would be a place to start
What's fair? Not what's happening now.

2. They hate you because...

... you may or may not buy a house. Remember? Geez, what's wrong with you guys? His Royal Highness George of Bush has proclaimed to his kingdom that this is the truth, that there is no other truth (except for the hating freedom part), and there you have it!

Listen, obey, listen, obey...

4. Terrorism existed before 9/11
and will last far beyond it. The world didn't change as the radicals like to say, but America has. Its laws and way of life, the rights of its citizens, its standing in the world, etc. and all by choice by people driven to fear by propaganda and a radical agenda by extremists that took advantage of the attack on our soil. Will we ever be the same? Alot, I mean alot depends on this election in restoring what we had.

7. ME has no monopoly on terrorism
Terrorism is the shame of this nation and cleaning it up starts at home. Prisoners ( most non-violent drug offenders -except Bushy and Rush who prove that drug use can make you VERY WEALTHY) are terrorized every day in our prisons. Protesters are terrorized. Mental patients, the elderly and foster children are terrorized. Jeez, I'm terrorized every time I try to drive through Atlanta by grown-ups who turn commuting into a blood sport. There is something lurking in each of us which turns us into terrorists if we sense that we are in a position of power. Some give into it, some don't. I fear my own countrymen more than all the AlQuaida freaks.
