1. I never lost confidence
Edited on Mon Jun-21-04 05:40 PM by demdem
I am 100% sure Kerry will win. And it has nothing to do with this poll.

3. I have absolute faith in Kerry
I am less confident with the American public. All sign point to a Kerry win in my opinion, but people listen to hype and not facts. I don't underestimate the evil of the current administration.

4. Bush's economic numbers are up
his Iraq numbers are down.

I see that trend as probably a continuing one, so the question is, can Kerry win on Iraq?

11. Some people were asking that question during the primaries
Edited on Mon Jun-21-04 06:19 PM by nu_duer
and some other people said Iraq wouldn't be an issue.

Well, a lot of stuff was said, and I wasn't on board for Kerry until Dean left the race and asked his supporters to support Kerry, but I'll tell ya, I have no problem with the race so far, and I think Kerry is doing what he needs to be doing.

I am much more confident in Kerry than I once was, and I believe he'll handle the Iraq issue fine. I wonder, tho, if bush can run on Iraq?

7. It's good news. But I'm still concerned that half the country approves
of the way * is handling the war on terrorism. HALF the country? That's amazing to me. And his approval rating is holding at 47%. Amazing.

9. Yes, thanks for posting this, it inspires confidence. It's amazing that
Iraq is the biggest millstone around shrub's neck but people "trust" him on it more than JK, despite concluding that he's dishonest. Go figure. I'd like to see how they phrased these questions, eh?

10. I almost gave this thread a pass
and then I saw it was created by PeteNYC! So, FWIW, I think Kerry is doing absolutely everything right, he is staying positive and on message, he is not allowing the Bush lunatics to frame his strategy, he is allowing said lunatics to derail their own campaign; spending money like water to spew all negative, all the time. He's gonna come on strong in a couple of months and the bushidiots won't know what hit them. Kerry's a closer and the fact he is not peaking early is good.

12. Yes, it does
What I like most is how well he's doing across the board on so many issues, from trustworthness to Iraq to domestic policy. BTW, I've been a defender of Kerry's strategy for months now.

16. I won't be confident until the day after the election.
This bunch is too evil and they scare the heck out of me. Never under estimate them - they will stop at nothing to maintain their power. World domination is their goal.

17. I'm not the biggest Kerry fan...
... but there are two things I'm sure of...

1) He will win in November

2) He will make a damn good president, compared to what we have a stellar president.

Don't get whipsawed by these little poll fluctuations, they don't mean anything.

19. Who's the honest one?
"But by a 52 percent to 39 percent margin, Kerry is seen as more honest and trustworthy -- a troubling finding for Bush whose truthfulness in the run up to the war in Iraq has been called into question."

'Bout damned time that one swung around! :toast:

21. I confess to being a poll addict
And this poll is great news. I especially liked the head to head matchup with Kerry winning by four points even with Nader in the race. The fact that the public no longer supports *'s terra war, and thinks Kerry is more honest and trustworthy is soooo sweeeeet.... Man, i really needed this after I kept reading about *'s "Reagan" bump in the polls all weekend. Even after the whore media spent a week shilling for Reagan and the Repukes, THERE IS NO BOUNCE. People are waking up!:-) :P

Their polls are consistently a few points skewered to Bush historically...

26. Yes!
I'm thrilled with the results because of the poll's history, but I'm suspicious of the Nader numbers. They seem really, really high. I know they've been high in other polls, but from my own experience, NOONE is supporting him. I keep wondering why he would be polling highe than 2000.
