Need Help Debunking
I saw a link to this Village Voice article on another BBS, and haven't been able to locate anything addressing this issue. Can someone help me debunk it?

1. just MHO, but there is no way in hell John McCain would leave guys
over there. Say what you will about the senior Senator from Arizona, he would never stand for it, and he went with Kerry to VN and was on the sub committee. He would have screamed to the rooftops if there was any evidence of POW's still being alive

That's an excellent point, and I couldn't agree more.

While the article appears to be an opinion piece masquerading as "factual," the "regulars" at the other website I mentioned seem rather quick to jump on even the flimsiest dose of propaganda, so hopefully someone here has got a "gotcha" sort of link to debunk this crap.
