This has been debunked over and over. The guy they "harbored" was in jail and was offered as trade bait repeatedly, no takers. The FBI questioned the guy and determined after a short period of time that he was not too bright and was just an extra set of hands. They drove him back to the apartment building he shared with his mother or grandmother and the same one that just happened to be where the bombers lived, they got him to go along with them and used him to load the bomb into the van. No material importance.

2. Rep.Baron Hill (Dem- state?) jumped all over him

Someone was reminding the committee members that most of them voted for the war and then Hill stated that he voted for it based on a Pentagon briefing that has since been shown to be completely false. Hill also asked him, and demanded a yes/no reply, whether Wolofwitz decided to invade Iraq based on information from Chalabi. Wolf started with "I didn't make the decision........." Hill was having none of it "~okay did you base your assessment on information from Chalabi" Finally Wolf said NO.
