Open Season on the Chimp Because of the Blackout?
This is after all the energy administration. Energy was their number one priority, one of the first things they did was hold their secret energy meetings ostensibly to craft policy. After Enron and California and now the larges blackout ever, they've obviously failed miserably. During the blackout I actually heard Bill O'reilly on my portable radio slamming the admin. That's right, you heard me correctly. Bill O'Reilly was slamming the administration.

We all know their spin is going to be brazen and Orwellian. They will call for MORE deregulation. They will say the BO happened because we haven't deregulated enough. Will this work? Are people this stupid? Or is it open season?

2. the Blackout proves that shrub has done NOTHING since 9/11
to change our chances of terrorism...

whole cities without water (Cleveland/Detroit)
many states without power
hospitals in chaos
transportation in chaos
where is OUR National Guard ??? shrub ordered them all to Iraq....

and what does shrub do ? get water, power, hospitals, and transportation working ASAP....NO....what shrub does is to hold a press conference and praise everyone for working while he dallies away on vacation....

shrub's action here should be a MAJOR issue for the upcoming elections...what exactly has shrub done to protect us ???? has the shrub done ANYTHING in case of terrorist attacks on municipal drinking water supplies ???? does shrub have any plan to bring in safe drinking water after a terrorist attack...NO...the shrub plan is to stay on VACATION and demand updates for his press conferences...update: hey, shrub....there is STILL NO DRINKING WATER !!!!

TWO wars on-going, MAJOR FEDERAL CRISIS in the Northeast United States...where's shrub ???? ON VACATION, eating with his rich campaign contributors....let them eat cake !, the shrub motto.....

6. Bush incompetence is as good as terrorism any day.
I mean, wouldn't a terrorist just wet himself thinking about crashing that grid?

10. Good Point
It's incredible how vulnerable the system is. Now the scumbags are trying to spin the BO as a good thing! It can serve as a trial run in case of a terrorist attack. All it did was advertise to any potential terrorists how incredibly vulnerable the system is. Not to mention, it may very well have been terrorism. Do you think for a second that if it was terrorism that they would actually tell us that? They came out an hour after the BO saying it' NOT terrorism. How the fuck could they know that so quick when they had no idea whatsoever what caused it yet?

7. I hope so! In fact, its long overdue (by some 2.5 years).
For the sake of our once proud country and collective reputation, he needs to be 86'd ASAP - "yesterday" would be even better.

Lying sack of shit.
