Poll question: Nader or Cobb ?
Who do you support for the Green Party nomination?

2. If I was a Green, I'd want a Green nominee
Nader isn't a Green. He refuses to join the Greens. From what I've heard, he refuses to go to the Green Party Convention this week.

Just like -- I'm a Democrat. As much as I think a Kerry/McCain ticket would absolutely destroy a Bush/Anyone ticket, I'm opposed to it, because I'm a Democrat and I want a Democratic nominee (for both positions).

3. I thought the question was...
who is the more cantankerous, insufferable SOB - Ralph Nader or Ty Cobb

Nader has made many gains in the recent years, but Cobb still outpoints him on pure prickishness.

6. 'Kermit T Frog' has had more impact, in a positive way than all the...
human greens in the US. Their platform is completely unrealistic...devised I think to siphon off the efforts of otherwise intelligent people into an effort of utter futility.

Their very exisistence ensures that we are weakened to the point where none of their (or much of our) agenda will ever become reality.

They would be pathetic, were they not so harmful.

Hopefully, Howard Dean is putting together an organization with real world goals, which, if successful, will force the Democratic Party back to the left, without ensuring GOP rule for the next hundred years.

7. Given a choice between a Green, and Green-lite Nader

11. Otha.
If those Green Party delegates have a shred of sense, they will endorse John Kerry.

12. Oy. I dunno, Cobb is running a *safe state* strategy so??
I hope they'll simply NOT choose Nader. Cobb really won't campaign in swing states.
