"Freedom of Press" ranking: U.S. drops to #31. Afghanistan drops 30 pts.

Afghanistan has dropped from #104th to #134.

These rankings came out in Oct. 2003 but I haven't seen it here before. Apologies if you've already seen it....

Our "score" dropped to 6,00 from 4,75. (Lowest score is 0,50 from Netherlands, Finland, Iceland, Norway.

The U.K is #27 with a score of 4,25.
The U.S. in Iraq is #135 (I assume this is the military).
Iraq is #124 (was #130 BEFORE we took it over).
Afghanistan is now #134 (was #104). Their Oct. 2002 score was 35,50 and it dropped to 40,17.

So much for us taking over countries and giving them freedom....
