Also showed memo signed by Bush stating that he had the power to suspend the Geneva Conventions.

Louis Black ranted against the Pro-Reagan/Pro-Bush commercial and the Anti-Clinton commercial. "Take it from me, you've got to hate in the now. Otherwise, I'd still be raging against Right Said Fred. I'm too sexy, my ass!"

5. Hell, yes, I'm watching it. Two "real" news programs followed

the Daily Show's lead on Monday night and showed footage of Cheney getting caught in some of his lies.

They do more homework for this "fake" news program than on the "real" ones; i.e. tonight's bit showing Shrub's name signing off on the acceptance of the JD and WH counsel's saying the Prez can get out of following the Geneva Convention.

He says it and then there's this long pause while you can see the wheels slowly, slowly turning. His eyes just about cross with the effort to get the word out. Then you can tell he's trying to think, "The Abu Ga-reff........(What? Ssssscandal? No! They told me not to ever, ever say scandal).........sssssssss..........(scandal, scandal, all I can think of is scandal, oh shit).....ssssssss.......ssssit-u-a-shun."

Then he smirks like he's so proud of himself for coming up with that word.

I howled with laughter, and so did my 12 year-old son, who said, "What's wrong with him?"
