Lobbying Registrations
The filing deadlines for lobbying reports are August 14
or the next business day for January 1 - June 30 for
mid-year reports; February 14 or the next business day
for July - December 31 for year-end reports.

Lobbying registrations and reports of income and expenses are filed with the Clerk of the House pursuant to the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (PL104-65), and its predecessor, the Federal Regulation of Lobbying Act (1946).

Reports filed under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 are made available on public terminals up to the present. Reports from 1978-1995 filed under the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1946 are available on the terminals and on microfilm.

Registration Forms and Instructions
Your completed LD-1 or LD-2 forms can be saved with the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0. You can only save the LD-1 or the LD-2 forms with Adobe Acrobat 5.1 or higher. A free version of Acrobat Reader version 6.0 is available here.
