27. To be fair

I've seen people here dismiss polls that don't reflect the results they want using the same justification.

On-line polls are generally useless as they can be easily spiked/FReeped just by people drawing others attention to it. I'll give a phone poll more consideration before any on-line results.

I like the results that are showing but I'm not going to fault the FReeps or anyone else who dismisses this on-line poll.

22. Stock market is down today - economic "recovery" takes a hit
Durable goods orders fall for 2nd month, and first time unemployment claims are up again. Dollar falls against the Yen and the Euro. The * administration can say the economy is in recovery all they want, but the people out there know the truth.

23. Dewey lost.
Truman won. Wallace the "progressive" wanted to kiss Stalin"s ass. The "Dixiecrats" carried some states . They got votes overall because Truman was off the ballot and they were racists.
Asshat sore heads that can't vote for the Democratic Nominee should shut up and move on.
Primaries were a hard fought battle for Democracy. For those that think different move on to the wilderness. Leftists always want a dictator.

6. Are you serious?
It's on the MSNBC site. No self-respecting conservative would be caught dead there. Put it on the Fox site and the numbers would probably flip...and be equally irreleavant

16. I disagree, there are self-respecting conserves --- that is all
they respect is "self". They are self absorbed, greedy, selfish, and cold hearted. That is all they can respect is themselves. Of course not many respect them.

Freepers go wherever their votes are needed. They're all over DU's polls and message boards. It gets so bad we have to have frequent troll fumigations.

And welcome to DU. :hi:

I doubt it means anything except that liberals read more, since it is always buried on a page with stories with actual words.

I still expect to wake up the morning after the election to find that Bush has won with 100% of the vote.

People will be asking, "how did he get 4 billion votes? There aren't even that many citizens". The media will see nothing odd about it.
