5. Frustrating to watch...

I keep waiting to Powell's line of "integrity" credit to run out in the world community. He's gotten away with creating the perception of the moderate in the administration when the reality is that more often then not he's just good at keeping his bullsh*t out of the papers.

He just surfaces to take the brunt of Junior's latest blunder, then off to hide in New Guinea at some tupperware party.
