does anyone know anything about "My pet goat?"

Googling "My pet goat" only yields smartass bloggers making fun of Bush. :-)

I'm curious about this book, and about the author, and whether anyone has interviewed him/her about their place in history.

6. IMO ..it's a "reader" from a reading program

not a book you can go buy ...

Kinda of like the "hooked on phonics" books
you only can get those books if you order HOP.

Someone who teaches in that school district
probably knows what group of readers that
book comes from .

...some rather major ones, and nothing showed up. Bet the Library of Congress has it -- unless George has it checked out.
