11. And how nice it is to hear a President who actually
has a grasp of events in Iraq. And can speak in complete sentences. With eloquence, insight, and compassion.

To paraphrase Bartcop: Dear God, what did we ever do to deserve W.?

9. Clinton: Iraq a "long hard slog", didn't agree with war timing...
Echoing rummy's diary?

12. Clinton is doing great . . .
insightful
eloquent
calm
measured
articulate
well-modulated

I don't agree with everything he is saying (eg, Iraq policy), but he is coming across beautifully. Got to get back to tv now . . .

13. Did you guys noticed just before the show started, Paula Zahn showed
results of some damn poll that asked the reason Clinton was writing his book. The two choices were 1)to tell the truth -36% or 2) to straighten up his image - 64%. And right after the results, Clinton's face popped up during the introduction of the show and he did not look happy about that poll.

I don't blame him. He wrote a book about his LIFE, now about the few times he spent with Monica. That poll made it seem like his whole life is a lie. It never fails how they always try to tear this man down! Fucking assholes!

19. it was a last ditch effort to get a jab in at clinton
typical cnn.

and to me, it didn't seem that larry was all that enthused.

he sure had an easy job. all he had to do was ask a question and clinton would go on a ten minute thorough, thoughtful explanation.

damn, clinton was good. (although i didn't agree with everything he said.)

it should make everyone extremely aware of the void that is in al gore's whitehouse.

14. Its so frustrating to see Clinton in the middle of saying something
compelling and then have Larry King butt in, and say the wrong thing at the wrong time. Between King, Charlie Rose, and Matthews I dont know which is the worst. Its torture to watch. And you can tell Clinton getting annoyed from time to time. LARRY ASK THE QUESTION, THEN SHUTUP!!!

17. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this interview...
it was NOT all Monica all the time, Larry asked some good questions about other important issues both currently in the news and about his time in the White House. I thought it was good and Clinton was great, of course!

18. I agree. It was barely mentioned. Thank goodness.
Did you just notice that Larry King called Clinton as "The President" twice?

Bush really sucks!
