Dan Bartlett posing as reporter?

I had the TODAY show on as background noise and Katie was talking to a man in a suit standing in front of the White House. I wasn't paying much attention and I assumed that she was talking to a reporter. It was only when I tuned in to his very partisan remarks that I saw that it was Bartlett. They don't miss a trick, do they?
