On NPR I listened to Cheney describe Leahy's behavior and demeanor this entire week as (sic) despicable and deserving of exactly what I said.

Later that day the Senate passed the bill allowing the FCC to fine stations $275,000 (up from $55,000) for saying the word fuck.
