2. Yes, my hubby
and I turned to each other and mouthed, "cocaine". Nice way to get a jab in at the lowlife's drug use, and GREAT SONG.

4. I think a lot of people missed it
It was really weird how they just played a few bars and then went on. A few people laughed.

6. It's in the
scene with that military document that is going to haunt Bush.

11. Talks about
two people being suspended for not taking the physicals. Their names are at first redacted. Later they are fully shown as George W. Bush and James Bath.
I don't know about anyone else but I haven't seen this particular document before.
I think this is the basis of this weeks story with the AP asking if all military docs have been released.

9. In 2000 I sent Michael a
song parody...

Dubya ...

If you like a hawk,
that's dumb as a rock*, Dubya.
A political hack,
who'll roll it all back, Dubya.

Dubya.

And never heard any more about it. I wonder if the basic idea stuck with him? I need to see if I can find the whole thing.

* in Kansas, this line rhymes.

12. I preferred the "Greatest American Hero" reference...
Especially the fact that it contained the line "it should have been somebody else". :)

13. Yes, subtle but effective
Problem is my husband and daughter didn't recognize the song. I can't blame the kid. She's 16, a punk and grunge fan and thinks a blues rocker like Clapton is the devil.
