Identifying film clips in F-911

I'm trying to identify film clips used in F911---particularly:

The "puritan" looking fellow looking like he's going to light a fire under a witch (in section about how Clinton would have been treated if he did Bush*'s antics)

and

which "dracula" movie that fabulous "coalition of the willing" Romania member was represented by.

I'm breaking it down for a lecture once the DVD is out and those are the only two clips that our group just can't I.D.===any help will be appreciated

2. Vampire was Nosferatu. Don't know the other one.

was the Dracula clip. Don't know about the other one, but possible the same, or Frankenstein...

4. I don't have a clue, but I

have a question since you and your friends are far ahead of me in the cinema world! The men who were marine recruiters? I'm curious about why the marines would have men with mikes on while recruiting. Can you explain? Do I have that all wrong? I need help on this.

5. we assumed that they allowed themselves to be in the film

showing a day in the life of a recruiter or something.

Actually, our goal is to "dissect" the mechanics of the documentary by teaching our students how public opinion is built in this particular film---popular songs, iconic images, etc. to contextualize the news clips and the filmaker's commentary.
