F911 = A- / But Why no Hitler or Nazi refererences ?
All in all a VERY powerful film, but . . .

WE all know AWOLBush's grand pappy traded with and supported the Nazis, but do others ?

Wouldn't the parellels between the fear mongering and nationalism of Bushco and the 3rd Reich been a valuable addition ?

Especially Goerings quote :

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

I can ONLY assume that Moore left out ALL Nazi references on PURPOSE !

But WHY ?

Too incindiary ?

Not for the RNC !

2. May have been harder for people to believe.
He gave them what they can see, not something written in a book. Real pictures are much more convincing.

6. Because it would have been stupid and counterproductive.. Because..
you don't do everything just because you can. You have to weigh the consequences of your actions. And making a movie to call bush Hitler would have bagged the election for HIM. That's why.

Bush isn't nearly on the same level as Hitler or Stalin.
