FYI.

Some previous #1 movies:

6/4-6 Harry Potter - 3855 screens, 93 Mil

None of the these movies were rated R either.

4. Isn't that close to the gross for the ENTIRE run of BFC?
How about predictions for the total when all's said and done? I'll go out on a limb with mine and say $125M. :)

7. I was only talking domestically. U.S. ONLY.
If you wanna talk worldwide gross, I would think $300M would be NO problem at all.

6. BfC's total gross was $21.2m
... and Bowling for Columbine also held the record for the highest grossing documentary. In three days, F9/11 has broken that record.

9. I have to admit I didn't think more than 15M was possible with
thatlow of a screen count. We are talking about eveyr showing every day all over the country being SOLD OUT to get that kind of revenue in 3 days. It is AWESOME!! Sold OUT here in Wichita KS, middle of the BIBLE Belt.

14. Pay close attention to per screen average. . .
. . .often times that is more telling than the overall B.O.

16. And now more theaters will show it!
Some will stick with their duty as the thought police, but others will recognize it for what it is - lost revenue.
