Send the Irish reporter an e-mail saying.... Thanks......
for standing up to the AWOL/Moron in her interview. Her name is Carol Coleman and her e-mail address is newsdesk@rte.ie

The AWOL/Moron administration has protested her treatment of him and canceled her interview with Laura "Unsafe at Any Speed" Bush because she just was too tough on the little chimp.

Ms. Coleman could probably use a message of support.

2. PLEASE send an email or a letter to Bertie Ahern . . .
The Irish government supports the White House's offical complaint against Carole Coleman and RTE. Ahern's Minister of Justice has today announced the formation of a council to monitor (censor) the press. Ireland HAD a relatively free press until Chimpy came to call.

The Irish government WILL listen to complaints from American citizens, so please help if you can. All the contact info you need is in the following thread:

3. Are you kidding me? If they looked at that crappy interview, and the
fact that * had the questions beforehand, they should forbid Bush to show up his face in Ireland again!
He is such a good influence on freedom and peace all over the world. Are the Irish people going to take this sitting down? Do you know of any media outlet in Ireland that might be wanting to raise a stink over this ridiculous proposition to CENSOR their press because of our Thief-in-Chief????

4. Is there a link to a story about the Irish government's support?
Would like to pass it on to others, if you've got one. I have no words for how disturbing this is.

5. No, sorry! It's the top story in the "Sunday Tribune", which isn't
available online unless you subscribe--and then it's in PDF. I've got today's copy right in front of me. The headline reads "Bush declares war on RTE" with the subhead "Government backs US complaints over Coleman interview". The story's an exclusive. I'm going to transcribe some of it later, and I'll post large chunks.

7. "Bush declares war on RTE: Government backs US complaints

over Coleman interview"

<partial transcription>

THE government has sensationally backed the White House in its complaint about how RTE's Washinton correspondent Carole Coleman conducted an interview with President George Bush on Thursday night.,

US authorities expressed concern to the Irish embassy in Washington the following day over Coleman's interruting of the president on a number of occasions--a feature of political interviews which is common in Ireland and the UK, but relatively unknown in the US.

In a move which is likely to spark outrage in RTE, the government this weekend sait it was backing the White House in its complaint that the interview techniques were discourteous to Bush.

A government spokesman tol the Sunday Tribune this weekend that it had been "conveyed to the US that the Irish government would be sympathetic to that view".

8. My letter to Ms. Coleman
Dear Ms. Coleman,

Thank you for showing Mr. Bush how a real journalist conducts an interview. I only hope your counterparts here on my side of the pond sit up and take notice of how it is done!

Blessings!
