Maybe Dick Cheney was only trying to be "hip"

and "with it" (as the kids say). Maybe he was trying to copy Kerry's use of the word in (Rolling Stone?) and was trying to gain some of his own "street cred".
Sort of like Nixon on "Laugh In" but (unlike Kerry) in a fashion that illustrates many years of unbridled hatred and arrogance. I think I like this fresh new Dick. Maybe next week instead of giving a speech on how Al queda and Saddam were so closely linked that they needed a pre-nup, he could just "rap" it to some Limp Bizkit music.

maybe he was just generally angry that someone would point out his glarring conflict of interest. To Cheney its like one of his enemies on the playground telling the teacher he was caught smoking. They may not like each other, but don't tattle. To him, everyone's doing it.
