I was driving today and this came on my CD player (the Byrds made a really sad song out of it) and I found myself crying about half way through it. It made me think how long this shit has gone on. Senseless, stupid war. Murder on a mass scale. Murder for king and country. Murder for nothing in particular.

Remember when John Lennon and Yoko Ono said that war was over if we wanted it. It turns out we didn't.
