How to diffuse news of F911's popularity? Sign Sovereignty over to Iraq
They just announced on CNN that Bremer just signed the sovereignty papers over to the Iraqi government.

3. Now you're just being silly. I know you're funning me.
This has nothing to do with events in the US. This is about possibly being blown to dust if they gather on June 30.

It's about IRAQ.

4. Oh sure, have a logical explanation.
I still think they want to keep the morning talk shows focused on their success and not Michael Moore's, but you could be right, or I could be right or it could be both.

Premature Liberation, don't you think!
(For Bremer its premature evacuation!)

8. I agree with you. This is the PR administration.
They always put politics first. I think they're trying to pre-empt Moore's morning media blitz.

5. They don't think that way

BushCo. is too arrogant to believe a movie could wound their regime, let alone set the stage for its downfall. F911 is a mere annoyance to them. I don't think Rove or Karen Hughes have lost a minute's sleep over this movie which is of course foolhardy. That arrogance will be their downfall, just like it was for Poppy.

I do think keeping F911 out of the news is an unintended benefit (for them) of bumping it up.

6. Well, maybe you are right. But they have had the school's website
remove the photos of * in the classroom that were once posted on their site. If they didn't think the movie was important then why have those photos been removed and why have political pollsters been making calls today to ask if the recipient had any intention of seeing the movie?

They are a photo op admin and they rely on their image (since their policies suck). His little adventure on the jet and the aircraft carrier are prime examples of that.

9. I thought it was pre-emptive news coverage too

FoxNews (as always) was on it first. Hoping to juxtapose this with tomorrows headlines of "Fahrenheit9/11 Totally Fucks Bush's Chances He Might've Had of Reelection"

10. That is my take on it - this admin is too into photo ops and images
They don't care about people, it is just photo ops. IMHO
