Scarborough is an idiot. There's a scene where some young troops are describing how they can put a CD in to a CD player inside the tank and the music will play inside the tank and through the speakers of their helmet. Some said that listening to music helped pump them up and get them ready for battles.
After a few minutes of them talking about this, one soldier holds up a disk that his group prefers to listen to and how they listen to one song in particular. Then you see a close up of just his face and he starts to sing: "The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire (cut to footage of Iraq being bombed and the actual music of the song now playing in the background) we don't need no water, let the mother fucker burn (more footage of, well, war) burn mother fucker, BURN".
It never looked like those specific soldiers did the bombing that was shown once the song started.
Did Scarborough also describe the troops who looked scared? Angry? Those who were brave? Tired and Homesick? Confused? Overly confident? Those who looked no different from us when we go to work and do our jobs? Sure, the troops weren't always portrayed as perfect. This is because they were portrayed as human...young men and women in war...the good, the bad, and heaven forbid even the ugly.
