A loser in a primary race for the Bernalillo County Commission alleges someone tampered with voting software during the June First election.

Andrew Leo Lopez has filed a complaint in state District Court saying he wants a judge to declare him the winner.

Teresa Cordova was declared the winner of the Democratic primary in District Two. Lopez finished eighth out of eight candidates.

Lopez alleges the county's touch-screen voting machines don't provide a paper trail showing how ballots are cast, suggesting the machines could be tampered with. He says one voter had push the button next to his name several times before the light came on.

2. If republicans sign on to HR2239 and S1980, and they pass,
They will lose the WH and their majority in the House and Senate.

7. This is actually a good thing...
Repubes need to realize that this issue cuts both ways.. and there are hackers/evildoers in BOTH camps.. Do we want to put the country's future in the hands of whichever side has the best hackers??
