Clinton's education policies are paying off
WASHINGTON (AP) -- More U.S. residents than ever have high school and college diplomas, although rates still vary greatly by race and ethnicity, the Census Bureau says.



Just doing some simple math here... the were admitted to/started college or highschool 4 years ago, and are now graduating. Thanks, Bill!
