Is Al Sharpton getting a prime time slot for his convention speech?

I think he deserves it. He along with Dean woke up the party during the primary.

I hope to see more diversity at our convention than Bush's charade. We know they are going after our base, right here in Georgia, the Repugs are running many black candidates.

We have to continue being the party of inclusion and actually mean it, give AL a prime time slot! We cannot continue taking the black vote for granted.

But C-SPAN will provide better coverage in any event.

4. Kerry has asked Barak Obama and Al Sharpton to both speak

and i'm sure there will be many other african americans and other minorities and women. the ones the news mentions are just the high profile names like clinton , gore, ted kennedy. but there will be many others speaking also.
