Caller on Howard Stern show - not an ordinary caller
Edited on Wed Jun-30-04 01:22 AM by Lakerstan
If I heard Howard right during Michael Moore's interview, the caller is Debbie Schlussel. This is no ordinary caller, and we should make sure everyone knows that:

2. she backs up more of f 9/11 claims then she disputes. then
she says mike is bad for lying, then she tells the biggest one of all herself.

"Those surrounding me were literally the "Great Unwashed." They smelled as if they hadn’t taken a shower in weeks, not because they couldn’t afford running water, but because it’s cool to be dirty and nasty in the far-left. Not for any good reason, but just because they can. With their awful stench wafting universal, they want to make the rest of us as miserable and skanky as the Hate-America crowd."

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

7. Howard used her first and last name
...which is unusual for a DJ to do. This almost looks like a set-up of some kind - not sure how to take it. Why would Howard take a call from a conservative he knows to speak to Michael Moore. I'm guessing to stir the pot a bit? Probably makes for good ratings, anyway.

18. Why wouldn't he take her call. She's a somewhat prominent pundit
who's a friend of the show and Howard is a fair person. Everything isn't some big conspiracy.

6. Oh, the irony..
"The granddaughter of immigrant Holocaust survivors, Schlussel is the daughter of a mother who was born in the former Nazi concentration of Bergen Belsen in Germany, and her father is a Vietnam-era Army Veteran. Schlussel has literally worked on campaigns for conservative Republican candidates since she was in the sixth grade, when she worked on Ronald Reagan’s first campaign for President. In 1988, Schlussel was the youngest female and youngest Jewish delegate to the Republican National Convention, a National Youth Vice Chairman of George H. W. Bush’s 1988 Presidential campaign, and a Youth Chairman of his 1989 Inauguration."

“Bush - Nazi Dealings Continued Until 1951” - Federal Documents
By John Buchanan and Stacey Michael
from The New Hampshire Gazette Vol. 248, No. 3, November 7, 2003

After the seizures in late 1942 of five U.S. enterprises he managed on behalf of Nazi industrialist Fritz Thyssen, Prescott Bush, the grandfather of President George W. Bush, failed to divest himself of more than a dozen "enemy national" relationships that continued until as late as 1951, newly-discovered U.S. government documents reveal.

Furthermore, the records show that Bush and his colleagues routinely attempted to conceal their activities from government investigators.

Bush's partners in the secret web of Thyssen-controlled ventures included former New York Governor W. Averell Harriman and his younger brother, E. Roland Harriman. Their quarter-century of Nazi financial transactions, from 1924-1951, were conducted by the New York private banking firm, Brown Brothers Harriman.

8. I knew she couldn't have been an ordinary caller!
It's good to find out who that really was that called in. I knew she had to be a conservative talking head or a GOP staffer.

Well, Michael and Howard had fun playing with her, though, didn't they? LOL

10. She's a Republican hack that Stern had on regularly to spout
her pro-war garbage... before he finally fucking woke up.

She seemed awfully angry about losing her Bush-fellating perch, didn't she?

24. She's a long-time regular on the show
Stern's interviews with her have always been great. She spouts insane right-wing garbage; he asks if she is wearing panties. She talks about "Islamo-facists;" he asks her if she has ever been with a black man. She rails against liberals; he asks her if has ever been with a woman. All the while, Artie makes fun of her Michigan accent.

By the way, I love Stern, but I think we need to be wary of his "political conversion." He's always been an opportunist in these areas. Christie Todd Whitman and George Pataki may very well have won their respective offices because of him.
