Poll question: Does Kerry have 'coattails'?

Or in other words, will people who are voting for Kerry for whatever reason (eg. ABB) also vote Democratic for House and Senate where they would normally vote Republican?

1. I'm not sure that's the correct question.

The question which should have been asked is "Can the Democratic nominee bring those who didn't vote at all in the last election to the polls, and as a result, overturn the thin GOP majorities in both houses of Congress?"

The fact that THIS question wasn't the one asked in the beginning actually explains a whole lot about who's running this party and what their true intentions are.

Remember there are plenty of people who are voting against Bush if not necessarily for the Democratic Party.

IE, Bush will help turn the congress ovver to the dems.
