the mysterious "James A Baker" took her place as head of OIPR...

She left OIPR because she was appointed as some head of the coast guard type position, then last June bush himself, made her his director of "terraism"

Incidentally...mystery man "James A Baker" is the one that authorized declasification of the documents that made Jamie Gorelick look like she was the one that screwed up in the DOJ in regards to placing a wall between the CIA and FBI.
