why should any defendant that appears in his court recognize Moore's jurisdiction over them? couldn't they just argue that the state is encroaching upon their God-given rights?

that he's a state judge enforcing state law, not some "God-given rights."

2. He is in contempt of court
He needs to be arrested, fined, and impeached. If he will not obey and uphold the rule of law, that is grounds for impeachment.
