Kerry vs. Bu$h on my mountain.

I have observed 4 vehicles with Kerry/Edwards bumper stickers and none with Bu$h/Cheney. Not scientific, but encouraging. I even got stopped at the mail boxes on the gravel mountain road today by a property owner (no house yet) with an Inez Tennenbaum sticker (the Democratic candidate for Senate in SC) on his car. He also had a couple of Christian stickers. He stopped me to tell me that he and his wife loved my "Veterans for Kerry" sticker. He said that they were waiting for their Kerry/Edwards stickers to come in the mail.

Are Kerry/Edwards people emboldened? Are Bu$h/Cheney people embarrassed? I do see the worm turning a degree or two in the South. Someone on DU pointed out the low-key W '04 sticker. I have seen it too, in Cashiers. It's kind of like what you send when you can't send the very best. Know what I mean Vern?

i have a Kerry sticker because I made a donation, but my husband wants Veterans for Kerry.

5. I saw a "Bu$h/Cheney 04" in Brevard today.

On a Lincoln Navigator. I have to picture Jon Stewart saying Lincoln Nav-i-GATOR and rubbing his eyes the way he does. Jon? Out there buddy?
