Kurtz: Appologies To Triumph The Insult Comic Dog...
Howie Kurtz "putting a critical eye to the media" is like Triumph going into a Korean restaurant.

I can't believe this panty waste is saying there was too much coverage of the Democratic "message" this week and that it's a shame there hasn't been a "bounce".

Sheesh...

1. I didn't hear that comment, I was watching ABC, but
at the end of the show Howie's final comment was that AABC,CBS, and NBC should have covered more of the convention, and the talking heads talked over the convention speakers, putting forth the idea that the campaings aren't important. He said the campaigns only happen once every four years "folks". "And we wonder why so few people watch!" He told them to either air them with respect, of just shut up and stay away.

Of course I'm paraphrasing...my memory isn't that good, but he took a really good swipe.

3. Do As I Say, Not As I Do?
I heard that comment...the last 30 seconds of 22 minutes of programming that spent a majority of the time panning the Convention and how difficult it was to cover as it was a "staged event".

Again, let's see if we see the same treatment and admonitions during the Repugnican whorefest.

We have a double standard on how the campaigns and parties are being covered right now...and I suggest this is the results of a lot of GOOP money being thrown around...and have to spread the word to those who see these reports to find alternative sources of information and view what is said on the tube as being sponsored by one political agenda or another.

4. He wrote a RIDICULOUS "article" in WaPo about T. H. Kerry's speech; it
wasn't presented as "analysis" or commentary. I began to read it without looking at the byline (mistake) and after reading a few paragraphs of obviously biased and just plain stupid remarks, I looked back to see who wrote that drivel, and thought, "what a surprise."
