I think it is a graphic illustration of our commander in chief's lack of connection with the real world. Glazed eyes, asymmetrical facial features, scratched neck and wan pallor. MKJ

10. You know, if this was a one time unflattering picture, I might shrug

this off. However, when you take into consideration the discernible display of GWB's diminishing abilities to communicate, a picture like this is a cause for concern. His speeches are becoming intelligible. What does this guy have to do for the mainstream press to begin to question his cognitive and emotional stability?!
At least the RMN displayed this picture, to, what I believe, begin to expose GWB's inability to truly govern. MKJ
