Rove: "What 'specific' information are you talking about, Dubya??"

Dubya: "Well, they tell me that they may target some of the financial institutions in NYC, DC, and NJ..."

Rove: "Aren't those fairly close to the Garden in NYC?.."

Dubya: "Not really, but once I call up the Mayor, he will be willing to put all the extra cops and resources needed to look out for these terrorists.."

Rove: "But, how will we handle all those demonstrators that's going to be up there to greet us?? "

Dubya: "Karl, that's why I'm the president...If the mayor doesn't have the cops or resources, he can't issue any permits for those rabble-rousers that were going to be there giving us a hard time.."

Karl: "Dubya, that's fucking brilliant!"

Dubya: "That's why I'm the president, Karl..."

Bush: Karl dammit i told you to not give the protesters permits

Rove: Sir we didn't! and we bought up all the extra hotel rooms too!

Bush: then why the %$$^ are the streets full of those damn commie traitors?

Rove: We should have shut down all the transportation into the city

Bush: well arrest em all!

Rove: But where will we put them all?

Bush: put em in the Garden, we'll move the convention to the yachts
