He read excerpts from a speech Miller made in 2001 introducing John Kerry ... talked about what a hero he was and a great senator who had led the democrats in championing a balanced budget ... just a glowing positive introduction. Miller responded that he was just reading what had been written for him.

Why didn't Russert ask him who's writing the stuff he's reading NOW????
