After the press conference he said in a very condesending voice "Oh Hellen I didn't see you there" If this threat is serious, why is the WHCOS playing petty games with one of the few reporters left in this country? His attitude told me all I need to know about the 'threat'.

14. Let's see, Helen Thomas is possibly the oldest

and ugliest woman there. I ain't dissing her or her age. As a geezer, I KNOW when you get old, you get ugly. Or at least uglier. OK, "less attractive".
For most of us (me included), that's just a fact of life. I was a pretty good looking man until I hit around 60. I wouldn't exactly make you throw up now, but my "looks" are definitely gone. Can you say "eye-bags and double (triple?) chins?".

I digress.

Helen Thomas is possibly one of the (if not THE) best known, recognizable White House reporters in the world. This is the cheapest of cheap shots.

the new White House press secretary assigns new seating to the reporters. And that those (most) that have not done the JOB of reporting the news and asking the tough questions are given seats in "Free Speech Zones" miles from the White house. I also hope the anchors, that have NOT done their jobs, are excluded from any interviews with anyone in the administration.
