one of those fancy new invisible types that many people wear, are you wearing a wired up earpiece and receiving answers to reporters questions from someone offstage? americans want to know, yes or no.

1. If CNN can give us the stage manager's feed from the DNC...
why can't they intercept *'s earpiece stream? I'm sure they could do it...if they really wanted to.

2. Couldn't be too sophisticated
Get something like what you think is being used.

Get the approximate frequency.

start a few (thousand?) MHz low, keep going until the top end. Oh, by the way, broadcast an ear-splitting screech.

Wait for Shrub to grab his head.

4. Someone who works in television news needs to get us the 9/11 speech
The evening speech from the Oval Office. I heard the prompter. It was on the ABC station in NYC. A friend in Boston also heard it. We couldn't get a tape, but it must exist.

5. My fantasy:
During the presidential debates, someone in the alternative media has a tracker which locks in on the frequecies used in Bush's earpiece. After tape recording the input for a few questions, a jamming signal is sent, leaving him helpless and having to answer on his own.
