1. I saw that in the supermarket and was outraged that the idiot and the

joker smiling Stepford was posed in exactly the same position. There is, of course, no comparison.

I wonder how this was accomplished and how much Ladies Home Journal was bribed or threatened to include the vacant, rictus and stiff haired wonder, Laura, on the same page as the interesting and independant, Theresa.

They will stop at nothing.

And to think that some of us here were chastised for criticizing Laura--she, as should be evident to those now, is quite a willing participant in this type of dirty, elbow bending, bullying. Why else would the LHJ put the two Bush idiots on the same page to detract from the Kerry couple? Laura has nothing else but her dependance upon the Bush money--she has no alternatives. She looks fake--she looks stiff and she looks stupid.

Laura the rictus smiling, vacant and dumb, never did a thing in her life but live off the Bush money and is quite happy to say and do anything to continue on with her Bush welfare check. She is portrayed on the same page as Theresa Heinze Kerry, who speaks five languages, is her own woman, is real and has raised a beautiful family.

One with the Bushes on the front and the Kerrys in the little box, and the one you see above.

7. No kidding

two versions? The one I saw had the Kerry's on big with the cardboard couple in the little box. Made me angry to see that the Bush plastic, barbie couple were trying to compete, as usual, against almost everything Kerry does, to steal the stage even down to the placement of the hands on the shoulders. They, the Bushes, crass as they are, usually never make it--for all their efforts, they come off as stiff--Laura's hair and her crosseyes due to the plastic surgery eyelift gone particularly awry, her face and smile, especially stiff as well, and no sense of any real affection between them portrayed in the photos. Notice how Theresa is touching John with her face and notice how the vacant lookiung Laura stays a distance away from any contact at all except for the fake placement of the hands on the shoulders to match the Kerry photo--she avoids any close contact with him.

Bush seems to treat Laura like she is the hired help and she, the dutiful and dependant Stepford, goes along to get along--on her allowance, which she expects as payment for her pregnancy and which I am sure is doled out to her. Mostly we taxpayers pay for her little jaunts here and there to Europe and other places so she can "shop and eat" and make banal statements aboiut her interest in Afganistan women.
