"Mr. President, why do you never mention the name Osama Bin Laden"?
Edited on Mon Aug-02-04 07:37 PM by mopaul
i mean, isn't he the guy who crashed the planes and caused all that chaos and murder and weren't you supposed to 'git im' dead r alive' like one o' them ol' posters in the west? why is it always saddam or zarqawi but never the leader of al qaeda himself, osama bin laden, the old family freind of the bush family?

1. Ummmm....That would be because he doesn't care.
He doesn't worry about him anymore.

2. Was there ever an Osama?
If there was--how do we know he had anything to do with the attacks?

And what are the odds that he is still alive?

My thought is--they made up a scapegoat--and named it Osama--it is just a cover story....

3. Now, there's an excellent cartoon idea...
assuming of course that it hasn't already been done. A 'My Pet Goat' graphic with Osama's head on it. Oh Mopaul!

7. there's NO proof osama was involved,
and they've given up looking for him, unless they know something we don't, which they do

4. Strange, isn't it?
Something happened between 9/11/01 and 3/11/02 to have Bush lower expectations of getting OBL. Maybe he did get obliterated at Tora-Bora? If so, he was still more useful to Bush alive....otherwise, people would question the need for the extended War on Terror, particularly, the Iraq oil grab.

Or maybe the House of Saud pulled Dimson aside and explained that it was time to find a new boogeyman...

8. That would be suspicious
Since bush* hasn't attended one single U.S Soldier's funeral, even Pat Tillman's.
