Cox Cable has DNC Speeches for FREE!
If you have access to the Cox Entertainment on Demand channel, check out the FREE DNC speeches!!!

A great opportunity to record them if you haven't!

I don't know about other cities, but here in Las Vegas, you can:

- Tune to Entertainment on Demand - Channel 998
- Select "Election 2004"
- Select the speech you want to view - for free!

This appears to be a national offer from Cox:
