Is the President subject to the UCMJ?

I would think the CIC should be, but have not been able to find anything definitive. I'd sure like to see Chimpy prosecuted under article 99.

Since "Adultery" believe it or not is still on the books in the UCMJ.

I think only impeachment is available to Bush and Dick.
